I pulled open the bottom drawer of my side cabinet, the one I hadn’t touched in months. Among old notebooks and random cables, something small caught my eye. It was tucked away in the back, almost invisible, wrapped in a yellowing cloth tied with a thin string. My first thought? “Useless old fabric.”
But something about it made me pause. It had been there so long, and yet it seemed…out of place.
